Possible:  Yes.  As good as a non-Flash site:  No. 
So you MUST have a Flash site, even though you are aware you will NOT have an easy time achieving high SERP (search engine results page) results?  Be aware you won’t find a great deal of help or advice on this front from most SEO experts.
