Analysis will allow you to fine tune the minutiae in your site that can make the difference between conversion or an unsatisfied customer. Micro-testing each element can reveal needed changes. A simple alteration on your order form, reducing the number of steps in the order process, or offering more payment options all can cumulatively impact conversion rates.

Google Analytics and 103Bees.com are both good analytic tools. Analysis extends also to reviewing the data from your RSS publishing campaigns to get a better idea how your subscribers are behaving.
