Forrester Consumer Forum blog

I’m in Chicago at Forrester’s Consumer Forum this week, where the theme is "Humanizing The Human Experience". We have an event blog up and running, featuring two bloggers — Marianne Richmond and Christopher Carfi — as well as two Forrester researchers, Sarah Rotman Epps and Chloe Stromberg. For those of you attending the Forum, it’s a great way to keep track of the happenings including session summaries and hallway highlights. If you can’t make it to Chicago, the blog will give you an inside look.

One thing to check out: I’m co-leading a session on Wednesday afternoon called the "Unsession", which is inspired by Bar Camp and builds on the philosophy, "No spectators, only participants". There is no agenda, just a wiki to suggest topics which we’ll then discuss during the session. We’ll post summaries on the wiki after the session. Hope you’ll drop by to see what we come up with!
