Content Promotion: Community Involvement
One great strategy to increase the exposure of your blog is to involve your community more in its development:
- Invite guest authors for one post, one week, one month
- Ask for submissions on certain post topics
- Invite picture submissions
- Run contests
- Have polls
- Ask questions in your posts
- Invite feedback and publish it
- Publish testimonials, including pictures
- Write case studies
Many of these strategies have proven successful. They keep people more active on your blog and, in many cases, make them feel involved in it even more. This increases not only involvement, but also loyalty, and that’s a valuable thing!
