Updating MSN’s Adcenter

From Mary Jo Foley, MSN’s AdCenter was down for a few hours yesterday for site updates.
The new release will include updates on the keywords,
parameter-naming-convention, billing-statement and opt-in/out fronts,
according to a posting on the adCenter Community Team blog.
