The Department of Housing and Urban Development has added an RSS feed to its fair housing Web site, allowing people to get the latest news on housing. Community Dispatch points out that HUD recognizes the importance of RSS technology:

"Keeping
those who work in the fair housing community informed is an important
aspect of what we do," said Kim Kendrick, HUD’s Assistant Secretary for
Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. "This technology will allow us to
provide the fair housing community, as well as the public, with
up-to-date information about our cases and their outcomes
instantaneously."
