I gave an all call on my blog a few months ago looking for bloggers and got some great applications.  If you are interested in making becoming a paid blogger, you must have these qualifications:

Prompt
Bloggers must post by a specified morning time each day.

Team Attitude
We often help each other by pitching in here and there to assist our fellow bloggers.  A team attitude is vital.

Client Value
You must be able to remember to focus on client value as well.  Topical
posts that are written with the reader in mind first and SEO second
will really help our clients stand out from the fray.

Blogosphere Understanding
While current blogging is not a mandate, it is enouraged.  An understanding of the blogosphere and of intellectual property is key.

Some technical acumen
The ability to post pictures is required.  I don’t mind teaching the right candidates, but if you haven’t yet mastered email, being a fulltime blogger might be a tad out of your reach.

Excellent Vocubulary and Writing
This is the key attribute.  Can you write on a particularly dull subject day in and day out and still make it interesting?  Can you tailor your articles to a particular niche and stay focused therein?
