Odeo is the podcatcher for those of you who dislike iTunes.  And, I realize that is quite a bit of you.  Some people just don’t like to support ‘the man’ that is Apple, and feel the need to reach out to indie podcatchers like Juice and Odeo.  And, I can’t blame you.  However, until now the only people who might use a service like these were the tech geeks who really just enjoy not going with the flow.

Odeo’s new podcatching interface really boasts an Ajax UI that will make their service much more attractive to the novice.  Yes I know that Ajax is a ‘geek thing’ but the convenience of staying on the page is certainly something that allows it to compete on a more level footing with iTunes’ software.
