While most of us agree that simplified spelling is simply ridiculous, there is once again a movement attempting to get the idea some popularity.  However, Dennis brings up a good point when he asks the SEO question.

Certainly we’d see many duplications of content (ie one for search engine optimization and another for serch enjun optimizashun), however, as indexes are built on text, it’d be crawled and indexed in much the same way as now. I suppose they’d have to work on the ‘did you mean’ function a bit though…
