Content Theft

I came across a blog today that I have seen previously was picking up my work and sending it out on their Google Adsense monetized blog.  The blog is www.blogright.net, and if you are reading this work there, you are reading it without my permission.

Now, previously I was under the impression that the blog was made up of a handful of people’s stolen work and for some reason that was less upsetting to me so I did not think about it further.

However, a friend sent me a link to my own work today, on that blog, thinking that someone else had also written on the topic the he and I were following.

Now, when this happened I started to look further at that blog and saw that the blog in question was begun initially with an article of mine and has gone on for two months only syndicating my work.

So, in effect, I am working to blog to increase my income and to increase hers.  I spoke with an RSS expert months ago and he said that if you allow full-text RSS feeds you are offering up your work for this type of theft.

What do you think about that?  Do I not deserve a copyright if I have offered syndication liberally for reading?  Would a fair use policy assist in asserting my copyright?
