PodTech gained a high profile employee over the weekend, as Microsoft’s lead blogger, Robert Scoble, stepped down to begin a new career in podcasting.

Robert explains that the move was more for family reasons than anything else and that Microsoft is a great company that tried their best to retain him, but the jump in focus in interesting to those of us who follow podcasting.
