Finding News IS Easy
Use your news aggregator to bring you the information you need.
I have created a comprehensive listing of blogs that I scan every morning when I begin blogging. I’ve taken the herculean task of dividing them up by topic so they are finitely organized. This helps me, when I am under deadline, get a story out asap.
Use article directories to garner ideas.
I am not a fan of just putting up free articles on your site. However, I will often get ideas for comprehensive stories from these content warehouses (and I use them for SEO purposes). Any time I get an idea for a post I always give a link back.
Use government sources.
Unfortunately, many government sites still don’t have RSS feeds. That means they get their own category here and can’t be included in option #1 above.
Make a list of the government sites that have information on your relevant topics. This will help you back-up your posts with solid data.
Finding post fodder is easy, if you plan for research BEFORE you post.
