You’ve probably known tags, like title tags, <title> and header tags, <h1> or <h2>, are vital to your SEO strategy.  But did you know the title, synopsis, and url are all similar to these types of tags?

Notice that I utilize the link properties section on each post.  I make sure to put good keywords in the Title and Synopsis sections as well, since search engines prioritize tags heavier than general content.

A word of caution:  Don’t stuff keywords into these boxes at the expense of readability.  Not only will you lose readers, you will be banned from the search engines.  A good rule of thumb is to pay attention to the names of the sections. 

Title implies a pithy statement.  Synopsis is one sentence or phrase that sums up the post.  Don’t go overboard here.
