In my opinion, the easiest way to get answers on a technical issue from someone at Microsoft is to find the appropriate blogger.

In the old days (see 5 years ago) you could call their PR firm and get results. However, I know that I have called their PR firm, Waggener Edstrom Inc., on two seperate occassions and gotten NO response, not even a call back, and have emailed numerous times as well with the same result.

However, I have always gotten an email or comment back when I have gone through their bloggers. That’s successful business blogging…
